Seattle Office
Our Seattle office is in the Olympic Suites located on the 12th floor of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, 411 University Street, in downtown Seattle.

Driving Directions to Seattle Office:
Driving I5 Southbound:
Take exit 165B (Union Street) and drive two blocks to 5th Avenue
(When driving South, do NOT enter the Express Lanes.)
Turn left onto 5th Avenue and drive two blocks to Seneca Street.
- Self Parking:
- Turn into the Olympic Garage off of either 5th Avenue or Seneca Street
- Follow parking directions, written below.
- Valet Parking:
- Turn right onto Seneca Street and drive one block to 4th Avenue
- Turn right onto 4th Avenue and drive one block to University Street
- Turn right onto University Street (The Fairmont Olympic Hotel will be on the right)
- Follow valet parking directions, written below
Driving I5 Northbound:
As you approach downtown Seattle, move into the left lane
Take exit 165 (Seneca Street)
From the stop light on 6th Avenue, continue straight one block to the stop light on 5th Avenue.
- Self Parking:
- Turn into the Olympic Garage off of either 5th Avenue or Seneca Street
- Follow parking directions, written below.
- Valet Parking:
- Continue straight through the stop light on 5th Avenue
- Turn right onto 4th Avenue
- Drive one block to University Street and turn right (The Fairmont Olympic Hotel will be on the right)
- Follow valet parking directions, written below
SELF PARKING:
To self park, you may use the Olympic Garage, 415 Seneca Street, located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Seneca Street. Entrances to the garage are located on both 5th Avenue and Seneca Street. From the parking garage, cross Seneca street and enter the Fairmont Hotel at the Seneca Street entrance in the middle of the building, between 4th and 5th Ave. You will be in the main lobby of the hotel. Cross the lobby to the elevators and take one of the two elevators to your left (nearest the escalators), to reach the 12th floor. Check in with the office reception on the 12th floor.
VALET PARKING:
You may choose to use the valet parking offered by the hotel. Enter at the University Street entrance of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, between 4th and 5th Ave. and leave your car with the doorman. Take the escalator to the main lobby. Immediately to your left is the elevator bank. Take one of the two elevators nearest you to reach the 12th floor. Check in with the office reception on the 12th floor.
Bainbridge Island Office
Our Bainbridge Island office is located at 177 Hall Brothers Loop NW.
Driving Directions to Bainbridge Island Office:
From the intersection of Highway 305 and Winslow Way, turn West at the light onto Winslow Way. Continue West on Winslow Way through the 4-way-stop intersection of Winslow Way and Madison Avenue. Drive past Flowering Around, and you will see the Foster Law Group sign posted on the right (with a sign for Hall Brothers Loop). Do not turn at that sign. Instead, keep driving West on Winslow Way for 100 feet until you come to the second Hall Brothers Loop NW sign. (It is slightly obscured by the branches of a large tree.) Turn right into the parking lot. (The second Hall Brothers Loop sign is 10 feet before Wood Ave, a left hand turn; and 50 feet before Grow Ave, a right hand turn. If you reach either of these streets, you have gone too far.)
You may park in any of the parking spaces noted as Law Office of Otorowski Morrow and Golden. You do not need a permit to park as stated on the sign. The Foster Law Group building is a tan-colored, vintage “parsonage” (a small house) facing Winslow Way West and the parking lot. “Foster Law Group” is posted on the building.
Walk up the front porch stairs, enter in the main entrance and check in at the reception desk. If you prefer a wheel-chair accessible entrance, enter through the back of the building from the North.
